About the role
At Zellis Group, we are driving significant transformation across Finance and the wider group, and data sits at the heart of it. As our Transformation Data & BI Manager, you will play a key role in improving business reporting and helping leaders make better, faster decisions. You will design, build and maintain cross-functional Power BI dashboards for our Executive team and shareholders, turning complex data into clear, reliable insights. Working with SQL, dataflows and data pipelines, you will make sure the data behind every report is accurate, well-structured and refreshed on time. skills:
• A degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, business analytics, data science or a related field.
• 6+ years' experience in data, BI or financial reporting roles
• Excellent data analysis skills (robust Excel required as a minimum)




• 6+ years' experience of Power BI, including DAX and Power Query (essential)
• 3+ years' experience of SQL (essential)
• Automation and AI: Identify the areas where process/activity can be automated and make use of modern AI technologies.
• Experience in using Office 365 applications like Power Automate/Power APPs to automate the manual processes where possible.
• 2+ years' experience of using CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce etc.
• Exceptional communication skills; written, verbal and active listening – ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, manage time effectively and problem-solve under pressure
• Have an eye for detail and able to identify errors and anomalies within data across multiple sources A professional and collaborative approach to the management of customer data, placing customers' needs at the heart of every decision.
