Role Description The Team Captain is a full-time, on-site role based at The Crescent Resort & Club in Sehore. This position oversees daily operations in an assigned area (such as restaurant, banquets, front-of-house, or recreation), ensuring smooth service and a positive guest experience. Responsibilities include supervising and guiding team members, organizing shifts, assigning duties, and monitoring service quality and cleanliness standards. The Team Captain coordinates with kitchen, front office, and housekeeping to manage guest requests, handle minor complaints, and support event or function setup. The role also involves training staff on service procedures, maintaining inventory for the department,



and reporting operational issues to management. Qualifications
• Experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably in hotels, resorts, clubs, or restaurants.
• Strong team leadership skills, including task delegation, shift coordination, and staff mentoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain service standards in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic understanding of food and beverage or front-of-house operations, including hygiene and safety practices.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally.
• Comfort with basic documentation and reporting related to operations, inventory, and staff performance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by resort operations.
• Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or captain-level role will be an advantage.
