Qualifications & Eligibility
· Relevant graduation degree and B.
Ed., as applicable to the subject and school requirements.
· Teaching experience at the primary level is desirable.

Key Responsibilities
· Teach assigned primary-grade subjects in line with the school curriculum and academic plan.
· Prepare lesson plans, teaching resources, worksheets, assignments and classroom activities.
· Use age-appropriate, interactive teaching strategies to support understanding and participation.
· Assess student learning through classwork, homework, projects, tests and observations.
· Track student progress, maintain accurate academic records and provide timely feedback.
· Identify learning gaps and provide suitable support or enrichment activities.
· Maintain a positive,



orderly and inclusive classroom that encourages curiosity and confidence.
· Support students’ social-emotional development and reinforce school values and routines.
· Communicate with parents regarding academic progress, attendance and areas requiring support.
· Participate in staff meetings, training, school functions and other academic responsibilities. Skills & Competencies
