Role Purpose Own the performance and operations backbone for the Anthropic licence-scale charter. Build the GenAI KPI dashboard, instrument consumption and adoption across HCLTech and HCL Software, and align the numbers tightly with Finance so the practice can prove ROI and defend AI investment with economic, not just technical, truth. $$ Target — Revenue & Value Mandate GenAI KPI dashboard live; consumption and adoption instrumented across HCLTech and HCL Software; metrics aligned with Finance every cycle. Core Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain the GenAI KPI dashboard, consumption, adoption, performance
• Instrument adoption metrics across HCLTech and HCL Software business units
• Align performance and consumption metrics with Finance each reporting cycle




• Own the operational cadence and reporting rhythm for the licence-scale charter
• Surface anomalies and consumption spikes early; route ownership to the right teams
• Maintain data hygiene and explicit metric definitions across consumption analytics Required Capabilities
• 6+ years in performance management, ops analytics, or a BI/operations role
• Hands-on experience building executive KPI dashboards and operating cadences
• Comfort working with Finance on metric reconciliation and reporting
• Familiarity with GenAI consumption metrics, tokens, requests, adoption, a strong advantage
• Strong data hygiene discipline and attention to definitional accuracy
