Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations in a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities such as screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The intern will help in drafting and updating HR policies, supporting onboarding processes, and maintaining personnel records. Additional tasks involve coordinating employee engagement initiatives, helping manage employee benefits documentation,



and providing general administrative support to the HR team. This role offers exposure to core HR functions in a dynamic health and wellness environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and understanding of Employee Benefits.
• Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management and maintaining accurate HR records.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with HR-related software or databases.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Interest in the health and wellness sector and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
