We offer
UPI collection, Payment Gateway, Payment Links, UPI AutoPay, Instant Settlement, Soft POS, Payouts and a Verification Suite (Bank, PAN, Aadhaar, GST) for e-commerce, D2C, SaaS, EdTech, NBFC, insurance and SMB merchants. THE ROLE You will own Indicpay's relationships with banks, financial institutions and business partners, and turn them into payment volume, better commercial terms and new merchant business. You will work closely with our sales, product, tech, risk and compliance teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Identify, approach and onboard banks, NBFCs and financial partners for acquiring, settlement and payouts
• Build alliances with software platforms, fintechs, aggregators and channel partners that bring merchants to Indicpay
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders at partner banks and businesses
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and revenue-sharing, and manage renewals
• Set up referral, co-selling and white-label models
• Coordinate integrations, go-lives and issue resolution with our tech and operations teams
• Work with risk and compliance on partner due diligence and RBI guidelines




• Track partner performance, volumes and revenue, and report to leadership
• Represent Indicpay at banking forums and fintech events WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 5+ years in banking alliances, partnerships, business development or relationship management in payments, fintech or banking
• Strong knowledge of the Indian payments ecosystem: UPI, cards, net banking, gateways, aggregators, settlement, nodal and escrow accounts, MDR and revenue-sharing
• A network among banks, financial institutions or business partners, and a record of building partnerships
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work with technical, risk and compliance teams
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred) GOOD TO HAVE
• Experience setting up white-label or referral models
• Familiarity with RBI payment aggregator guidelines
