Role Description This role is responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to high cleanliness and hygiene standards, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and cleaning bathrooms and common spaces. The Housekeeping GSA will handle laundry-related tasks such as sorting, washing, ironing, and organizing linens and guest clothing as required. Daily responsibilities include responding to guest requests, reporting maintenance issues, following safety and sanitation procedures, and ensuring all housekeeping supplies are stocked and properly used. The role also supports training new team members in housekeeping procedures and contributes to a positive, guest-focused workplace. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong housekeeping skills, including room cleaning, public area upkeep, and attention to detail.
• Candidates should possess laundry-related skills, such as handling linens,



operating laundry equipment, and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills to interact courteously with guests and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Candidates should possess training and mentoring abilities to support onboarding and skill development of new housekeeping staff.
• Relevant experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is beneficial.
• Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures is required.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic education and familiarity with housekeeping equipment and cleaning products are preferred.
