GCC Sales Leader

Location:
Bengaluru, India Role Overview Factspan is looking for an experienced GCC Sales Leader to build and grow our business within India's Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem. This role is for someone who has successfully built a GCC business, established executive relationships, and delivered measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, pursue, and win new GCC clients aligned with Factspan's Data & AI capabilities.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while owning revenue targets.
• Establish trusted relationships with GCC Heads, CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data Officers, and Digital/AI leaders.
• Lead consultative sales conversations and position Factspan as a strategic transformation partner.
• Work closely with solution and delivery teams to develop winning proposals and drive successful deal closures.
• Expand existing GCC relationships into long-term, multi-service engagements.
• Represent Factspan within the GCC ecosystem through industry events, partnerships, and executive networking. Required Experience




• 15-20 years of enterprise technology services sales experience.
• Proven success selling into India's GCC ecosystem.
• Demonstrated experience building a GCC business and delivering sustained revenue growth.
• Strong network of decision-makers across leading GCCs.
• Successful track record of winning large consulting or technology services engagements.
• Experience selling Data, AI, Cloud, Analytics, or Digital Engineering services is highly preferred. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate:
