Work Type: Full-time We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Network Operations to lead mission-critical airport network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, performance, and operational resilience. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in enterprise networking, network security, wireless infrastructure, service delivery, vendor management, and leading technical teams in high-availability environments. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Lead 24×7 network operations across airport terminals, operational facilities, and data centers.
• Manage Core, Distribution, and Access networks, including routing, switching, wireless, and network security infrastructure.
• Oversee Juniper, Arista, Cisco Wireless, Juniper Mist, and Fortinet FortiGate platforms.
• Ensure reliable connectivity for airport systems, including AODB, FIDS, CUPPS, boarding gates, CCTV, access control, public address systems, and airport Wi-Fi.
• Drive network security, segmentation, vulnerability remediation, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, major incidents, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives.
• Lead network modernization, transformation, capacity planning, and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Manage OEMs, vendors, system integrators, budgets, and project delivery.




• Lead, mentor, and develop network engineering and operations teams. ? Required Technical Expertise
• Enterprise network architecture and data center networking.
• Juniper and Arista switching and routing.
• Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and IDS/IPS.
• Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) and Juniper Mist wireless solutions.
• Routing and switching protocols: BGP, OSPF, VRRP, VLANs, STP, and MPLS.
• SD-WAN, Network Access Control (NAC), network monitoring, and performance analytics.
• ITIL-based service management, incident management, and change governance. ? Preferred Certifications
• Juniper JNCIP/JNCIE
• Fortinet NSE certifications
• Cisco CCNP/CCIE
• Arista ACE
• ITIL Foundation or Managing Professional
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certifications ? Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred. ? Ideal Candidate: A strong technical leader with experience managing large-scale enterprise networks, mission-critical operations, vendor relationships, and senior stakeholder expectations. ?
