Role Description The Digital Marketing Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The trainer will design and deliver structured training sessions on core digital marketing concepts, tools, and platforms, ensuring learners gain practical, job-ready skills. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating learning materials, conducting classroom and lab sessions, and guiding learners through live projects and assignments. The role involves assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, conducting mock interviews, and supporting portfolio development. The trainer will also stay updated on industry trends,



collaborate with the academy team to refine curriculum, and contribute to workshops, seminars, and placement activities. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts clearly, engage diverse learners, and provide effective feedback.
• Candidates should possess solid Marketing and Digital Marketing knowledge, with hands-on experience in areas such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics tools.
• Candidates should possess Training and mentoring skills, with experience in curriculum delivery, classroom management, and learner assessment.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing expertise, including practical work with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and an understanding of campaign planning and performance tracking.
• Candidates should possess basic Sales and customer-orientation skills to support counseling sessions, address learner queries, and contribute to program promotion when required.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields, or equivalent industry experience in digital marketing.
• Certifications in digital marketing platforms or tools (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, HubSpot) are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage multiple batches, and adapt teaching style for varied learning levels.
