The person in this role will oversee day-to-day operations of the diagnostics center, ensuring smooth workflow across reception, laboratory, imaging, billing, and reporting functions. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, monitoring service quality, and resolving operational issues to maintain high patient satisfaction. The Business Manager will handle financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, revenue tracking, and coordinating with external partners such as referring physicians and vendors. Additional tasks involve enforcing regulatory and safety compliance,



maintaining equipment and facility standards, implementing process improvements, and preparing regular performance reports for leadership. Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability in healthcare or diagnostics center operations management, including staff supervision and workflow coordination.
• Experience with business administration activities such as budgeting, revenue monitoring, inventory control, and vendor management.
• Strong skills in customer service, communication, and conflict resolution to support positive patient and team experiences.
• Ability to implement and monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance procedures in a clinical or diagnostics setting.
• Proficiency with basic office software and healthcare information systems; familiarity with diagnostics or lab management software is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, medical laboratory technology, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered.
• Proven problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in diagnostics centers, hospitals, or healthcare services in a managerial or supervisory capacity is preferred.
