3-5 Years Industry: Aviation / Aerospace / Aircraft Parts Aftermarket Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Repair Administrator to manage aircraft component repair orders, coordinate with repair vendors, track repair progress, and ensure timely completion of repair activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage aircraft component repair orders from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate with MROs, OEMs, and repair vendors for quotations, approvals, and turnaround times.
• Track repair status, pending approvals, and delivery schedules.
• Review repair quotations and maintain repair-related documentation.
• Coordinate component shipments, returns, and logistics.
• Follow up on delayed repairs and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain repair records, reports, and trackers. Required Qualifications & Skills




• 3-5 years of experience in aviation repair administration, component repair coordination, or MRO operations.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Aerospace, Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering, or AME.
• Experience in aircraft component repairs and aviation aftermarket is essential.
• Knowledge of repair orders, quotations, vendor coordination, and aviation documentation.
• Familiarity with AMOS, SAP, or other ERP/MRO systems is preferred.
• Positive communication, coordination, documentation, and Excel skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience working with aircraft repair vendors, MROs, and OEMs.
• Understanding of FAA/EASA requirements.
