- Treasury. Reporting to the Associate Director
- Treasury, this full-time and permanent position is based in Mumbai, India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our GSC and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities
• Manage banking RFP processes, including bank account opening and closure, onboarding of new banking relationships, KYC documentation, and execution of bank rationalization initiatives.
• Standardize banking documentation and processes across banking partners and geographies wherever feasible.
• Manage bank mandate updates, including coordinating with banks to understand requirements, collecting supporting documents from internal stakeholders, preparing documentation for execution and signature, and following up until completion.
• Maintain a centralized database of e-banking access rights and physical signatories in the Treasury Management System (Kyriba) and conduct quarterly global access reviews.
• Act as the primary administrator for TMS & e-banking platforms, including CitiDirect, S2B, DBS, and other banking portals, managing user creation, access modifications, and related requests in accordance with internal approval procedures.
• Coordinate KYC activities for Vistra’s partner banks, lenders,



and counterparties, working with local Finance, Company Secretarial, and Legal teams to complete annual renewals and new KYC requests.
• Support strategic banking and treasury initiatives, including payment workflow optimization, payroll banking setup, cash pooling, Target Balance Account (TBA) setup, and banking platform enhancements.
• Support SAP/S/4HANA and other treasury system implementations by coordinating with SAP teams, banks, and cross-functional stakeholders on system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, issue resolution, and process alignment.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and banking partners to ensure timely project delivery, effective implementation of banking processes, and compliance with internal controls and documentation requirements. Key

requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Finance or Accounting
• Treasury Operations experience – understanding of cash management, Cash pooling, management of internet banking and banking documents management will be given priority.
• 2 years of corporate treasury experience is preferred.
• Strong personal attributes including independence, enthusiasm, initiative, persistence, results driven and attention to details.
• KPO/BPO experience will be an advantage.
• Good Communication skill Company
