Hiring: Techno-Functional & Business Operations Intern / ExecutiveCompany: RxFinder Labs

Remote (Work From Home) Compensation: ₹7,000/month.

About the Role
RxFinder Labs is looking for a curious, proactive and technology-oriented individual to support our growing Health-Tech and SaaS business across technology, product development, digital operations and business analysis. This is a multi-functional role offering practical exposure to different aspects of building and operating a technology-driven business.

Key Responsibilities
• Technology & Development: Assist with frontend/backend development, API integration, webhooks, database operations and application deployment.
• Product & UI/UX: Support UI design, wireframes, feature planning and product improvements, Marketing Content designing.
• Documentation & QA: Prepare technical documentation, Low/High Level design documents, test cases, UAT reports and maintain development tasks.
• AI & Automation: Explore AI tools, prompt engineering, data preparation, AI workflows and process automation using tools such as Make.com/n8n.
• Digital Presence: Support social media management, content creation, website updates and basic SEO activities.
• Business & Research: Conduct market and competitor research, identify business opportunities and assist in techno-functional planning and strategy.
• Project Coordination: Maintain JIRA tasks,



track deliverables and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. Skills & Expectations
• Exposure to technologies such as PHP/Laravel, JavaScript/React, MySQL, REST APIs, Git/GitHub and Linux is desirable.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, Figma/Canva or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Robust analytical, research, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn independently, communicate effectively and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Comfortable working across technical and business-oriented assignments. Educational Background: B.
Tech, BCA, MCA, B.
Sc. IT/CS or equivalent. Final-year students, fresh graduates and candidates with relevant practical experience may apply. Working ScheduleFor Interns:
• Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST
• Saturday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM IST For Experienced Candidates:
• Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM IST
• Saturday: As mutually agreed. Mode: Remote / Work From Home.
