Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing prospective learners and institutional partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the end-to-end sales cycle, conducting client meetings and presentations, maintaining strong relationships with key accounts,



and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with market needs. The role also involves tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and contributing to strategic initiatives that expand Hike Education’s presence in the EdTech and higher education space. Qualifications
• Demonstrated proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of Business and Account Management, including handling key accounts and driving long-term partnerships.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Prior experience in EdTech, education services, or B2C/B2B sales is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and use CRM or sales tools effectively.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and growth-oriented mindset.
