• Works with: Marketing leads and Sales team What You’ll Do Our Marketing leads plan the campaigns and set the outreach strategy. You will carry it out with their guidance and support, learning as you go.
• Help oversee B2B outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp
• Set up and schedule campaigns on AI outreach tools, following the plan from your lead
• Try out new tools and features, and share what you notice
• Keep an eye on open and reply rates and flag anything unusual
• Support the Marketing team in improving AI outreach
• Help draft and tweak prompts, templates and message sequences
• Assist with simple A/B tests on messaging and timing
• Share results so the team can improve response rates
• Handle responses and pass on leads
• Check replies across channels each day




• Pass interested prospects to the right sales owner, using guidelines from your lead
• Help make sure every lead gets a timely follow-up
• Keep the database and sales funnel up to date
• Help build and clean prospect lists
• Update CRM records accurately
• Track where leads stand and help prepare a weekly update Who We’re Looking For Qualifications
• BBA (Marketing) or B.
Tech preferred; other graduates with strong AI interest are welcome to apply
• Freshers and 2025–26 graduates encouraged
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Hyderabad Skills and Mindset
• Interest in AI and some experience using tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini (college projects or personal use count)
• Positive written English
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets
• Eagerness to learn and take feedback
• Organised and careful with details
• Bonus, not required: any exposure to LinkedIn, CRMs or marketing tools You do not need to know every tool. We will train you on the outreach platforms we use. What You’ll Gain
