As our HubSpot Implementation Engineer, you’ll own client implementations end to end: from the first discovery call to the day the client’s team is using the system without needing us. About the role
Twelve months in, you’ll have led several implementations across Marketing, Sales and Service Hub, from clean setup to go-live. You’ll have run at least one CRM migration (for example from Salesforce, Zoho or spreadsheets) without losing data. Clients will know you by name and trust your recommendations. You’ll also have helped turn the way we deliver into repeatable playbooks the rest of the team uses. What you’ll do
• Run discovery with clients and turn their sales, marketing and service processes into a clear HubSpot solution design: objects, properties, pipelines, permissions and reporting.
• Build and configure portals across Marketing, Sales and Service Hub, including lifecycle stages, lead scoring, routing, sequences, ticket pipelines and dashboards.
• Design and QA workflows and automation, and document how they work so the next person can maintain them.
• Plan and run data migrations and imports: mapping, cleanup, deduplication and validation before and after go-live.




• Set up and troubleshoot integrations with tools such as calling, billing and e-commerce platforms, using native apps, Data Hub or middleware.
• Own several client projects at once: manage timelines, run status calls and keep clients informed without needing to be chased.
• Train client teams so they actually use what you built. What we’re looking for Required
• 1+ year of hands-on HubSpot configuration work (portals you built or administered yourself) across at least two of Marketing, Sales and Service Hub.
• Has built multi-step HubSpot workflows and custom properties and pipelines for a real business, and can walk us through one.
• Has done at least one CRM data import or migration, including field mapping and cleanup.
• Has worked directly with clients or internal stakeholders, running calls and gathering requirements.
• Transparent spoken and written English, for working directly with international clients. Nice to have
• Experience at a HubSpot Solutions Partner agency.
• Active HubSpot certifications (Solutions Partner, Implementation, Sales Hub or Marketing Hub Software).
• Experience with Operations Hub / Data Hub, custom objects, custom-coded workflow actions, or the HubSpot API.
• Exposure to Salesforce, Zoho or Pipedrive, especially migrating off them.
• Familiarity with integration tools such as Zapier or Make, or basic JavaScript or Python. Why SuprDuo
