3–6 Years (Mid-Senior Level) Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketplace Ads & Campaign Manager to manage and grow our e-commerce business across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. The candidate will be responsible for marketplace advertising, campaign planning, sales growth, performance analysis, and overall marketplace account management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Account Management
• Manage and optimize seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
• Monitor product listings, catalogues, pricing, inventory, and product performance.
• Ensure product listings are optimized with relevant keywords, titles, images, and descriptions.
• Track account health, orders, returns, and customer feedback. 2. Ads & PPC Management
• Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns.
• Manage Flipkart Ads and Meesho advertising campaigns.
• Handle Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads wherever applicable.
• Monitor ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and advertising budgets.
• Optimize campaigns to improve sales while maintaining profitability.
• Identify high-performing and low-performing keywords and products. 3. Campaign Planning & Execution
• Plan and execute marketplace promotional campaigns.
• Manage sale events such as Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival, and Meesho sale events.
• Plan discounts, coupons, deals, and promotional offers.
• Coordinate campaign calendars and ensure timely execution.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare improvement strategies. 4. Sales & Performance Analysis
• Analyze daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports.
• Track revenue, orders, conversion rates, and product-wise performance.
• Prepare marketplace performance dashboards and reports.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase sales.
• Control advertising spend and improve overall ROI. 5. Team Coordination
• Coordinate with the content, graphic design, video editing, and inventory teams.
• Guide team members for product listing improvements and promotional requirements.
• Work closely with management to achieve monthly sales targets. Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
• Hands-on experience with Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Practical experience with Meesho Seller Panel.
• Expertise in PPC, marketplace ads, and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of ACOS, ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling multiple marketplace accounts and advertising budgets.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills. Experience & Qualifications
• 3–6 years of relevant e-commerce marketplace experience.
• Proven track record of managing marketplace ads and campaigns.
• Experience in handling mid-to-large advertising budgets will be preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience is more important. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
