We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our growing team. The role involves reviewing AI interview assessments as well as supporting end-to-end recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Review AI-generated interview recordings and assessment reports to evaluate candidate responses, technical knowledge, and overall suitability.
• Identify potential red flags, inconsistencies, and gaps in candidate assessments.
• Prepare accurate and structured interview feedback.
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and ATS records.




• Support daily talent acquisition and recruitment operations. Requirements
• Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment.
• Positive communication and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Freshers are welcome; prior internship or recruitment experience is an advantage. Internship Details
