We sell through multiple online channels, including marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms and our own website. As we scale our business, we are looking for a smart, analytical and execution-oriented individual who can take ownership of channel growth and help us unlock new business opportunities.
About the Role
As a Channel Growth Associate, you will take ownership of identifying and executing growth opportunities across assigned sales channels. Your job is to understand how a channel works, identify what is limiting its growth, figure out the highest-impact opportunities and drive initiatives to completion by working with internal teams and external stakeholders. This is not a conventional marketplace management role where you simply manage listings or follow an existing checklist. We are looking for someone who can think independently, solve unfamiliar problems, build relationships and convert ideas into measurable business outcomes. What you’ll do
• Identify growth opportunities across marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms and other sales channels.
• Analyse business performance, customer behaviour and competitor strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
• Take ownership of growth initiatives from identifying opportunities to execution and measuring results.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to improve channel performance and unlock new opportunities. Who we’re looking for
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity about business, customers and growth.
• Ownership, initiative and the ability to execute independently.
• Good numerical aptitude and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1.5 years of experience are welcome. Prior marketplace experience is not mandatory. What you’ll gain
