Experience:
5–12 years (preferred) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented IT Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely execution, and maintain high-quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, project management capabilities, and experience delivering IT, AI, and technology-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, from planning to execution and deployment.
• Coordinate with AI developers, BIM, GIS, software development, and other technical teams.
• Define project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within agreed budgets.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify project risks, challenges, and dependencies and implement appropriate solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate project managers, team leads, and technical teams.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide delivery status reports to management.
• Ensure quality standards, process compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with HR and management for manpower planning and resource allocation.
• Handle escalations and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Drive operational efficiency and improve overall project performance. Required Technical

Tech (Master of Technology) – in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant engineering discipline preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications will be an added advantage. Experience
• 8–12 years of overall experience in IT/project delivery.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a delivery leadership or project management role.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
