About the Role
We're looking for an AI Travel Operations Specialist to help optimise and manage the end-to-end travel experience for Ewaa users. You'll work at the intersection of travel, technology and customer experience, ensuring our AI-powered concierge delivers relevant recommendations and seamless booking journeys.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the development and optimisation of AI-powered travel planning workflows.
• Review AI-generated itineraries, recommendations and booking suggestions for accuracy and relevance.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey across flights, accommodation and activities.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve platform functionality.
• Monitor operational performance and identify recurring issues or opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up to date with travel trends, destinations and emerging AI technologies. Requirements
• Experience in travel operations, hospitality, customer experience or a related field.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• An interest in artificial intelligence, automation and emerging technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
