Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Functional Consultant

Role Summary We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant with strong customer interaction skills and solid understanding of end-to-end business processes. The role involves working closely with customers to understand requirements, design functional solutions, and support successful implementation of Business Central. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Engage with customers to understand business requirements and processes.
• Analyze and design end-to-end business flows using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configure and optimize Business Central functionalities to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
• Support testing, UAT, training, and go-live activities.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.



? Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Expertise The candidate should have experience across core Business Central functional areas, including:
• Financial management and accounting processes
• Sales, purchasing, and order management
• Inventory and supply chain processes
• Project / service-related business processes (preferred)
• Integration with external systems and tools (good to have) (Exact module exposure may vary based on project experience.) ? Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5–8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV.
• Robust understanding of end-to-end business processes and workflows.
• Proven experience in customer interactions and requirement gathering.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in handling complex business requirements and multiple scenarios.
• Hands-on experience in Business Central functional configuration. ? Key Competencies
