Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective coaches and clients, explaining Lifez Honour’s services, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns, coordinate promotional activities, and support brand visibility across digital and offline channels. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, providing excellent customer service, maintaining CRM records,



preparing reports on sales performance, and collaborating with the counselling and coaching teams to align offerings with market needs. The role also includes delivering training or orientations on services to partners and clients, and gathering feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies. Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with coaches, clients, and partners.
• Demonstrated ability in Sales and Sales Management to drive lead generation, conversion, and client retention.
• Experience in Training, particularly in explaining services, coaching-related offerings, or conducting orientations and workshops.
• Background in marketing, preferably in services or education sectors, including basic digital marketing and campaign coordination.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, with robust organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in coaching, counselling, and mental health, with a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and impact-driven work.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, office productivity software, and social media platforms for business communication.
