About the Role
Good partnerships can open doors that neither business could have opened on its own. That's what we're looking to build more of at BiteSpeed.



We're looking for a Partnerships Intern who can help us identify and build relationships with businesses, agencies, platforms and other potential partners. You'll be involved in the entire partnership journey, from finding the right people and starting conversations to negotiating terms, closing partnerships and making sure existing relationships continue to grow. This is a fairly hands-on role where you'll get to interact with business owners, founders and decision-makers, understand what makes a partnership valuable and learn how businesses collaborate to create growth.

What you'll do
• Identify and reach out to potential partners who could help BiteSpeed expand its reach and business.
• Research companies, agencies, platforms and other businesses that could be a good fit for partnerships.
• Initiate conversations, pitch partnership opportunities and explore ways to work together.
• Manage relationships with existing partners and ensure regular communication and engagement.
• Work on partnership discussions, negotiations and commercial terms to get deals across the line.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partnerships are executed smoothly.
• Explore new partnership opportunities,



ideas and channels that can drive business growth.
• Track ongoing conversations, partnership pipelines and outcomes.
• Take ownership of making partnerships work beyond just signing the deal. What makes you a good fit
• You're a people person and genuinely enjoy meeting and interacting with new people.
• You're confident communicating with different stakeholders, including founders and senior decision-makers.
• You have good negotiation and persuasion skills, or are excited to develop them.
• You're curious about businesses and enjoy understanding how different companies operate.
• You're proactive and comfortable reaching out to people you haven't spoken to before.
• You're organised and can manage multiple conversations and relationships at the same time.
• You have a knack for building relationships and making people want to work with you.
• You're resourceful, take ownership and don't wait around for things to happen.
• Prior experience in business development, sales, partnerships or community building is a plus, but not mandatory.
