For more information on us, please visit www.aumcap.com JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Investment Banking Associate to join our growing team in Kolkata. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance graduate or early-career professional to build a strong foundation in Private Equity and M&A; deal execution, working on live transactions and client mandates. The primary responsibilities of an Investment Banking Associate will be to:  Own annual IB revenue target and deliver realised fee income through closed transactions.  Build a strong pipeline across PE, M&A; and other relevant transactions, with clear mandate value and fee potential.  Take deals from mandate signing to investor engagement, term sheet, diligence, documentation and final closure.  Own valuation, financial models, IMs, pitch decks,



management presentations and investor Q&A; with high accuracy and commercial relevance.  Build a explicit equity story, valuation logic, transaction structure and investor proposition for every mandate.  Run a live deal tracker with clear milestones, owners, timelines, diligence status, investor feedback and next actions.  Build strong understanding of priority sectors, key players, transaction benchmarks, valuation ranges and active investors.  Measure success primarily through fee income, deal closures, mandate quality, conversion and repeat business—not number of decks or meetings. - Hold a relevance experience of atleast 3 years. Qualification
- o CA/CFA/ MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.  Skills & Competencies: o Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital markets o Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint o Strong analytical and quantitative skills with sharp attention to detail o Excellent written and verbal communication skills o Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment o A proactive attitude with a hunger to learn and grow in investment banking REPORTING TO Head
