JOB SUMMARY We are looking for an experienced and technically solid Senior Architect with hands-on experience in high-rise residential and commercial building projects. The candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design, planning, drawing coordination, consultant management, and site execution activities. ? ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Architectural Design & Planning
• Lead architectural design and planning for high-rise residential and commercial projects.
• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, floor plans, elevations, and detailed working drawings.
• Review architectural drawings, design specifications, and construction details.
• Coordinate façade designs, building elevations, floor layouts, and architectural finishes. 2. Project & Consultant Coordination
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, façade consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and resolve design discrepancies.
• Manage design revisions and ensure timely issuance of drawings for site execution.
• Ensure proper coordination between design, planning,



and execution teams. 3. Site Execution & Construction Management
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor architectural execution.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor quality standards for architectural works, façade, and finishing.
• Identify and resolve technical and design-related issues at the site.
• Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. 4. Regulatory Compliance & Approvals
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building bylaws, development regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants and authorities for statutory approvals and permissions.
• Ensure adherence to applicable high-rise building norms. 5. Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain architectural drawings, revisions, specifications, and project documentation.
• Review technical specifications and material submissions.
• Monitor project progress and report design or execution-related concerns. ? REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in Architecture / Real Estate / Construction.
• Mandatory experience in *High-Rise Residential or Commercial Building Projects*.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, planning, and site execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM Modeling.
• Understanding of façade systems, building elevations, and architectural finishes.
• Knowledge of structural and MEP drawing coordination.
• Good understanding of building codes and statutory approvals.
• Strong project coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
