Role Description The Health Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role focuses on supporting employee health and well-being within HRS Group, including conducting health assessments, advising on occupational health matters, and coordinating preventive health programs. The Health Specialist collaborates with HR, leadership, and employees to address workplace health risks, promote protected working practices, and ensure compliance with relevant health guidelines. Daily responsibilities include offering health-related consultations, responding to employee health inquiries, maintaining accurate health records,



and contributing to health education initiatives. The role also involves participating in cross-functional projects to enhance workplace wellness, resilience, and overall employee experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with employees, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Occupational Health and Medicine to assess health risks, provide guidance, and support workplace health compliance.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Health Promotion and related educational activities to design and deliver wellness programs and preventive initiatives.
• Relevant academic background in medicine, occupational health, public health, nursing, or a related healthcare field; professional certifications in occupational health or workplace safety are an advantage.
• Experience in corporate or occupational health settings, preferably within international or tech-driven organizations, with familiarity in local regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, including the ability to handle confidential health information responsibly and use digital tools to manage health data.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural teams, adapt to change, and proactively identify opportunities to improve employee health and well-being.
