Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Aurangabad. This position focuses on engaging with schools and educational institutions to present RaseUp’s English Language Lab solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, following up via phone, email, and in-person meetings, maintaining accurate records in sales tools or CRM systems, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding. The specialist will also respond to inquiries,



support prospective and existing clients, and contribute to achieving revenue targets while upholding high standards of customer satisfaction. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills with experience managing end-to-end sales processes.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in education, EdTech, or B2B sales is beneficial.
• Ability to work in office in Aurangabad, manage time effectively, and meet clear performance targets.
• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools is an advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field is preferred.
