About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated intern with an interest in technology and strong communication skills to support customers using our software platform. You’ll help users get started, answer their questions, and share their feedback with our product team. What You’ll Do
• Help onboard and set up new users
• Deliver product training, in person and remotely
• Answer customer questions and troubleshoot common issues
• Create and update user guides, FAQs, and how-to documents
• Record customer feedback and bugs clearly for the product team
• Work with our development team on related tasks, as required What We’re Looking For
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field




• Excellent spoken and written English; Marathi and/or Hindi a plus
• Genuine interest in technology and quick to learn recent software
• Patient, organised, and confident working with customers
• Willing to travel within Pune Nice to Have
• Experience in customer support, training, or technical writing
• Familiarity with SaaS tools, marketing technology, or Jira What You’ll Gain
