Job Description
We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching hands on concepts to students, help them apply what they learn, foster creativity and inculcate innovation in their learning approach thereby encouraging students to make and do it themselves. The person should be able to train and engage students meaningfully and should have a good grasp on the hands-on aspects of STEM concepts comprising of Science, Math’s, Robotics, Programming, Electronics and so on. The individual should have excellent communication skills, should be able to learn newer technologies and devise lesson plans to deliver in a short amount of time.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct hands-on STEM activities, experiments, and workshops for school students at Edutech STEM Studios and schools.
• Assist in delivering sessions on Robotics, Programming, Electronics, Science, Mathematics, IoT, and emerging technologies.
• Prepare and support the development of lesson plans, activity plans, demonstrations, and project-based learning modules.
• Learn and stay updated with new STEM technologies, tools, and educational methodologies.
• Support the development of STEM competitions, challenges, projects,



and student engagement activities.
• Coordinate with trainers, students, parents, schools, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sessions.
• Support the team in organizing STEM workshops, camps, events, and school programs.
• Travel locally to schools, STEM centers, and other locations when required. Required Skills &

Qualifications:
• Must have completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of one or more programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or Java.
• Interest or hands-on exposure to Robotics, Electronics, Arduino, IoT, Programming, 3D Printing, AI, or other STEM technologies is an added advantage.
• Strong interest in teaching, mentoring, and working with school students.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with groups of students and meaningfully engage them.
• Willingness to learn recent technologies and educational approaches.
• Comfortable with travelling locally for school sessions and workshops.
