In this role, you will lead our B2B growth strategy, secure lucrative corporate accounts, and drive room and event revenue for our property. • Drive Corporate Revenue: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets for corporate room nights, meetings, and events.
• Prospect & Pipeline: Actively hunt for new business through cold calling, networking, local market research, and site inspections.
• Account Management: Nurture and grow existing corporate accounts, ensuring high retention and maximum share of wallet.
• Negotiations & Contracting: Manage the RFP (Request for Proposal) process and negotiate corporate volume rates and group contracts.
• Market Analysis: Monitor local competitor trends, supply/demand shifts,



and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Revenue Management, Operations, and Catering teams to ensure seamless execution for corporate clients. What We Are Looking For

Experience:
Minimum of 5–8 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, specifically handling corporate accounts.
• Network: An established database of corporate clients, travel managers, and procurement professionals in the Mumbai/Pune Region.

Skills:
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Tools: Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS), CRM tools (like Salesforce or Delphi), and Lanyon/RFP platforms.
• Mindset: A self-motivated closer who thrives in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
