Gurgaon Role Summary: Looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships, drive brand and campaign development, and manage end-to-end campaign execution across ATL, BTL, digital and on-ground platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Be the day-to-day client lead, owning relationships, briefs, feedback and approvals.
• Contribute to brand strategy and campaign thinking, turning business problems into solid creative briefs.
• Drive campaign development from brief to final delivery across ATL, BTL, digital and on-ground.




• Coordinate across creative, BAU, production and experiential teams to deliver on time and on budget.
• Understand execution well enough to judge feasibility, timelines and cost before committing to clients.
• Track deliverables, timelines and scope, and flag risks and scope creep early.
• Find growth opportunities within accounts and support pitches and new briefs Requirements.
• 3+ years of agency-side account management or client servicing.
• Strong grasp of brand strategy and the campaign development process.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in front of senior clients.
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple brands and workstreams.
• Working knowledge of design, production and execution (print, digital, BTL, events).
• Alcobev or premium FMCG experience strongly preferred, especially spirits.
• Familiarity with alcobev marketing restrictions in India is a plus
