Education:

• Manage post joining employee life cycle.
• Ensure completion of Induction and RFR as per the defined schedule
• Ensure timely completion of all HR operational tasks thereby ensuring seamless employee experience.
• Execute PMS within defined timelines and laid guidelines.
• Ensure completion of assigned field visits, as per company guidelines
• Effectively execute all Employee Engagement initiatives within the allocated budget




• Develop strong employee connect and support in resolution of employee issues and grievances
• Ensure basic HR Hygiene and support IR team on compliance issues.
