Job Title: Management FacultyJob Summary: The Management Faculty is responsible for delivering high-quality education in management subjects, developing course materials, mentoring students, conducting research, and participating in academic and administrative activities to support the institution's goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in management subjects such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Operations, Business Analytics, or Entrepreneurship.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and examination papers.
• Assess student performance through assignments, projects, presentations, and examinations.
• Mentor and guide students on academic and career development.
• Conduct research and publish papers in reputed journals.
• Organise seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and industry interaction programs.
• Participate in curriculum development and accreditation activities.
• Supervise student projects, internships, and dissertations.
• Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
• Contribute to departmental and institutional committees and administrative responsibilities.
• Stay updated with current industry trends and incorporate them into teaching. Required

Qualifications:




• Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) in Management with specialisation in a relevant field (Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, etc.).
• Ph.
D in Management (preferred or as per regulatory requirements).
• NET/SET qualification, if applicable according to institutional or regulatory norms. Required

• Strong subject knowledge in management disciplines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Effective classroom management and student engagement abilities.
• Research and academic writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and online teaching platforms.

Experience:
• Freshers may be considered for Assistant Professor positions (subject to institutional norms).
