Salary:
35k to 60k per month based on skills, negotiable The RoleWe’re seeking a Graduate or Junior Mechanical Engineer who is passionate about design, innovation, and real‑world problem‑solving. Ideal candidates will have hands‑on project experience—from Baja SAE or Formula SAE to robotics projects, internships, or relevant industry experience in design and development —using tools such as SolidWorks, Ansys, Python, etc. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to concept‑to‑prototype development, testing, and production of mechanical systems and assemblies. Responsibilities
• Support the mechanical design process from concept through prototyping and testing
• Create 3D CAD models and detailed drawings using tools like SolidWorks
• Assist in simulation and basic analysis (stress, thermal, motion) with guidance from senior engineers
• Help build and test prototypes, analyze results, and contribute to design iterations
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and documentation of design processes Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Certification: SolidWorks certification (CSWA, CSWP, or higher)

Experience:
Demonstrated hands‑on design, fabrication, or testing experience through Baja SAE, Formula SAE, robotics, capstone projects,



or relevant internships/coop roles, relevant industry experience in design and development.

Skills:
Familiarity with CAD (SolidWorks preferred), basic simulation tools (FEA or thermal), and prototyping methods (3D printing, machining, etc.)
• Passion for Mechanical Design: A drive to create robust physical systems through the application of Machine Design, FEA, and CFD principles.
• Collaboration & Communication: Willingness to learn in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly
