About the Role
Are you a tech professional who loves building people, not just products? Cybrom Academy is looking for a Technical Student Success & Employability Lead who can transform students into confident, skilled, and industry-ready professionals. This is not a traditional teaching role. We need someone who understands the IT industry, knows how real teams work, and can build a student success ecosystem where every learner is motivated to perform, grow, and achieve their career goals. You'll own student performance, technical projects, assessments, career readiness, and student engagement — helping create an experience so valuable that students become Cybrom's biggest brand ambassadors ? ?

Key Responsibilities
1. Student Performance & Academic Excellence
• Monitor student performance, attendance, assignments, and learning progress.
• Identify students who are struggling and create improvement plans.
• Conduct regular one-on-one student counselling and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with trainers to improve learning outcomes and student engagement. 2. Projects & Industry Readiness
• Assign industry-oriented technical projects based on students' skill levels.
• Ensure timely project submissions, reviews, and performance reports.
• Introduce students to real-world development workflows, including Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, testing, and collaborative project management.
• Guide students in building GitHub portfolios and showcasing their technical skills. 3. Assessments & Career Readiness
• Conduct regular technical mock exams, coding assessments, and practical evaluations.
• Organize mock interviews, communication sessions, and soft skills assessments.
• Help students prepare and update their resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and project portfolios.




• Track students' career readiness and create individual improvement roadmaps. 4. Student Engagement & Brand Advocacy
• Build a positive, engaging, and high-performance student culture.
• Develop initiatives that encourage students to share their learning experiences and achievements.
• Create a student referral and ambassador ecosystem that motivates students to recommend Cybrom to their friends.
• Improve student satisfaction, engagement, and word-of-mouth referrals. 5. Technical Industry Exposure
• Bring practical IT industry experience into the learning ecosystem.
• Introduce students to modern software development practices, testing methodologies, AI tools, and industry workflows.
• Conduct industry-readiness sessions, project showcases, and technical challenges. ?️ Skills We're Looking For

• Prior experience working in an IT company, software development team, QA/testing, or technical project management.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, software testing, and project management workflows.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and student management skills.
• Ability to motivate students, manage performance, and drive accountability.
• Experience with technical assessments, project reviews, and career readiness activities.
• A genuine passion for mentoring, student development, and building a high-performance learning culture. ? What Success Looks Like
