Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and strategic VP – Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing agency business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing teams, overseeing client delivery, driving business growth, and ensuring strong operational performance. A key priority for this role will be to build and scale the agency’s AI capabilities by identifying practical use cases, implementing AI-powered tools and automation, and integrating them into everyday marketing workflows to improve productivity, service quality, and campaign performance. The candidate should bring a strong combination of digital marketing expertise, leadership experience, client management skills, and hands-on knowledge of AI-driven marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Performance
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with agency and client business objectives.
• Oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives across paid advertising, SEO, website development, lead generation, and customer support.
• Define budgets, campaign priorities, KPIs, and performance targets.
• Drive improvements in lead quality, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on marketing investment.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. AI Integration & Marketing Automation
• Identify and implement practical AI applications across marketing and agency operations.




• Develop AI-assisted workflows for market research, content creation, creative testing, lead qualification, reporting, and customer support.
• Evaluate AI tools and automation platforms, integrate them with existing systems, and measure their business impact.
• Build reusable AI workflows, prompt libraries, and standard operating procedures.
• Establish guidelines for human review, content accuracy, brand consistency, and client data protection.
• Train and enable teams to effectively use AI tools in their daily work. Team Leadership & Development
• Build, lead, mentor, and manage high-performing digital marketing and cross-functional teams.
• Set clear responsibilities, performance expectations, and accountability standards.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and achievement of team and business objectives.
• Identify skill gaps and develop training initiatives to strengthen team capabilities.
• Drive adoption of recent technologies, tools, and improved ways of working. Client Relationship & Business Growth
• Lead strategic relationships with key clients and understand their marketing and business requirements.
• Work closely with business leadership on client pitches, proposals, service offerings, and pricing strategies.

• Ensure marketing strategies are aligned with clients' sales objectives and business outcomes.

• Establish performance dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and quality assurance processes.




• Improve operational efficiency, resource utilisation, and account profitability.
• Standardise workflows and processes to ensure consistent service delivery across client accounts.
• Monitor project timelines, campaign outcomes, and overall delivery performance.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve execution. Must-Have Qualifications & Experience
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing digital marketing teams, budgets, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong track record in performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimisation.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI tools and automation in marketing workflows, with measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated content and outputs for accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of how marketing activities contribute to lead generation, sales conversion, and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and commercial decision-making skills. Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency, startup, or fast-growing business.
• Exposure to the accounting, CPA, financial services, or qualified services industry.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows, prompt libraries, and automated processes.

• Knowledge of CRM systems, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and AI-assisted analytics.

• Understanding of website user experience, landing page optimisation, and customer support operations.
