Through strategy, creative, and production, we build distinctive brand worlds for hotels, resorts, and lifestyle destinations. Our production studio, Strobes & Beyond, brings these stories to life through photography and filmmaking. Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Creative Lead, Reels & Film with a strong filmmaking background, a cinematic eye, and hands-on editing expertise. You will take reels from concept to completion developing storyboards, directing shoots, and editing high-quality films for luxury hospitality, travel, lifestyle, and F&B; brands.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Production
· Translate creative ideas into storyboards, shot lists, and scene breakdowns.
· Plan shoot schedules and review casting, styling, props, and production requirements.
· Align visual references and storytelling with the brand’s positioning. Production
· Direct reel shoots in collaboration with the production team.
· Guide camera movement, composition, lighting, and on-set execution.




· Ensure all essential footage is captured while maintaining creative quality. Post-Production
· Independently edit reels using DaVinci Resolve.
· Deliver refined colour grading, sound design, transitions, and pacing.
· Ensure every edit meets the creative brief, brand standards, and delivery timelines. What We’re Looking For
· A robust filmmaking background with a portfolio in travel, luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B.;
· A cinematic sensibility and a strong understanding of visual storytelling.
· Excellent hands-on skills in DaVinci Resolve, including editing and colour grading.
· Experience in storyboarding, on-set direction, and end-to-end video production.
· Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively.
