Role Description The Social Media Content Creator Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This intern will conceptualize and produce engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging channels aligned with Gen Z audiences. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming content ideas, scripting and shooting short-form videos, drafting captions and copy, and collaborating with designers or developers to bring creative concepts to life. The intern will assist in scheduling posts, monitoring performance metrics, and iterating content based on audience insights and trends. This role also involves staying current with internet culture, memes,



and platform updates to keep Zenithindia’s social presence fresh and relevant. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in social media content creation, including short-form video production, basic photography, and platform-specific storytelling.
• Candidates should possess skills in copywriting and editing, with the ability to craft concise captions, hooks, and scripts tailored to Gen Z audiences.
• Candidates should possess skills in basic graphic or motion design using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar software.
• Candidates should possess skills in social media research and analytics, including tracking engagement, identifying trends, and adapting content based on performance.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, creative setting and accept constructive feedback.
• Relevant qualifications include current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in marketing, media, communication, design, or a related field, along with a demonstrable portfolio or social media samples.
• Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with influencer culture, basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, and comfort appearing on camera when needed.
