Responsibilities
• Conduct classroom sessions and deliver engaging video‑based lectures for nursing students.
• Design, develop, and continuously update nursing course curricula in partnership with external vendors and health‑care organizations.
• Manage project timelines, coordinate with external partners, and ensure delivery of educational resources on schedule.
• Demonstrate a wide range of nursing procedures and clinical skills in health‑facility settings.
• Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and mentor learners to achieve competency.
• Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum review committees, and accreditation activities.
• Travel as required to support project implementation and on‑site training at partner locations. Requirements
• 4–8 years of experience as a nursing educator, clinical instructor, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing with active registration/licensure.




• Strong command of both English; Tamil. transparent, articulate voice for classroom and video instruction.
• Proven ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Familiarity with project management principles and collaborative work with vendors/partners. Preferred Skills
• Experience creating multimedia educational content (e.g., recorded lectures, simulations).
• Knowledge of current nursing standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to various learning environments, including virtual platforms. Location
