We're Hiring: Account Executive Fretlog is looking for a Account Executive to join our team in Pune. If you have experience in logistics operations and are passionate about ensuring smooth and efficient processes while maintaining strong coordination across operations, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately and promptly enter data into the accounting software, ensuring all information is up to date and correctly recorded.
• Book customer invoices and vendor bills into the system with precision, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Manage the accounts payable process by verifying invoices, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring all payments are made within the agreed timelines.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal departments to resolve any accounting-related issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Update the daily Activity Report for all branches, ensuring accurate tracking of ongoing activities. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification
• Valuable command of MS Office applications
• Experience in financial reporting processes
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and practices
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
