Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with current and existing customers, understanding their financial protection needs, and recommending suitable life insurance solutions. The Relationship Manager will manage a portfolio of customers, handle regular follow-ups, assist with policy servicing, and ensure a smooth customer experience at every touchpoint. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams,



participating in local sales and customer outreach activities, and meeting individual and team targets while upholding regulatory and company standards. Qualifications
• Strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to understand and address individual needs.
• Sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities to present life insurance solutions effectively and achieve business targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Basic financial awareness and aptitude for learning life insurance products, regulations, and market trends.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customers, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
• Comfort working in an on-site, target-driven environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
