We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager – Interior Projects who can independently manage project execution from factory production to final handover, ensure timely delivery, maintain quality standards, and provide an excellent customer experience. If you enjoy working on interior projects, coordinating with multiple teams, and taking complete ownership of project execution, we'd love to hear from you. The successful candidate should be capable of independently managing multiple interior projects with minimum day-to-day intervention from the management.

Key Responsibilities
Project Execution Management
• Take complete ownership of assigned interior projects from production release till final handover.
• Prepare project execution plans and monitor progress against planned timelines.
• Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, Factory Production, and Site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Identify project risks at an early stage and take corrective actions to avoid delays. Factory Production & Delivery Coordination
• Coordinate with the modular furniture production team to ensure timely manufacturing of all furniture components.
• Monitor factory production schedules and ensure materials are ready as per project milestones.
• Plan dispatch schedules to ensure modular units reach the project site on time.
• Coordinate between factory, logistics, and site teams to avoid execution delays.
• Follow up on pending production activities and resolve bottlenecks proactively. Procurement & Vendor Management
• Raise Material Requisitions (MRs) based on project execution schedules.
• Raise Purchase Orders (POs) to approved vendors after management approval whenever required.
• Coordinate with procurement vendors to ensure timely supply of materials and hardware.
• Track vendor commitments and follow up to avoid material shortages.
• Verify received materials before execution and report shortages or damages immediately. Inventory & Material Coordination
• Maintain accurate records of all materials issued, received, and consumed for every project.
• Ensure every material used is properly mapped to the respective project for costing and inventory tracking.




• Coordinate with the Accounts and Procurement teams to maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Verify material issue and return records from the factory and project sites.
• Report shortages, excess consumption, damages, or material wastage immediately.
• Ensure proper documentation of material movement between vendors, factory, warehouse, and project sites.
• Coordinate with the factory and stores team for timely availability of plywood, laminates, hardware, and accessories.
• Ensure no execution delay due to material shortages. Site Execution & Team Coordination
• Supervise execution activities across multiple project sites.
• Coordinate daily with Site Supervisors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors.
• Ensure manpower availability as per project schedules.
• Resolve day-to-day execution issues to maintain uninterrupted work progress. Timeline & Project Delivery
• Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of every execution stage.
• Ensure all materials, manpower, and factory-produced items are available as per project schedule.
• Update management immediately about any risks affecting project delivery.
• Take complete ownership of achieving committed handover dates. Budget & Cost Management
• Execute projects within the approved execution budget.
• Monitor labour, transportation, procurement, and execution costs.
• Minimize material wastage and unnecessary site expenses.
• Support the company in achieving the targeted project Gross Profit (GP). Quality Control
• Inspect work at every stage of execution.
• Ensure workmanship meets company quality standards.
• Conduct quality inspections before client walkthroughs.
• Prepare snag lists and ensure all snags are closed before project handover.
• Minimize snags, defects, and rework before project handover. Client Coordination
• Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the execution phase.
• Provide regular updates on project progress.
• Address execution-related concerns promptly.
• Ensure a smooth and hassle-free customer experience. Reporting & Documentation




• Submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) with site photographs.
• Maintain project trackers, execution reports, material consumption records, and manpower details.
• Keep management updated on project status, pending activities, procurement requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain daily project trackers, procurement trackers, inventory registers, and project costing records in coordination with the Accounts and Procurement teams.
• Maintain proper documentation of Material Requisitions (MRs), Purchase Orders (POs), vendor follow-ups, and project handover records. Team Leadership
• Lead and guide Site Supervisors and execution teams.
• Coordinate closely with the Design, Procurement, Factory Production, and Accounts teams.
• Ensure transparent communication among all stakeholders.
• Build a culture of accountability, planning, and timely execution. Required Qualifications
• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in interior fit-out, turnkey interiors, construction execution, or project management.
• Strong understanding of interior materials, modular furniture, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works. Required Skills
