- We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Quality Check Manager to own the final line of defense in our Operations team. You will review every immigration and business migration application before it is submitted, making sure it is accurate, complete and fully compliant, so that our clients' cases go in clean and rejection risk stays low. You will also set the quality bar for the wider operations team: auditing completed work, spotting recurring errors, and coaching colleagues on documentation standards. What You Will Do:

• Review immigration and business migration files end to end before submission, covering forms, client documents, financial statements, business records and supporting evidence.
• Check each application against immigration guidelines, country-specific requirements and our internal SOPs.
• Flag errors, inconsistencies, gaps and compliance risks, and work with the relevant teams to get them corrected quickly.
• Audit processed cases regularly to track accuracy, identify patterns and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with the operations and documentation teams to streamline workflows and reduce rejections.




• Keep transparent records and reports on quality checks, approvals, corrections and escalations.
• Train and guide team members on documentation standards and compliance expectations.
• Deliver quality checks within agreed turnaround times without compromising accuracy. What We Are Looking For Must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality checking, operations, documentation verification, document analysis or case processing, within immigration/business migration or banking and financial services (such as KYC/AML, credit or loan file review, underwriting support or operations audit).
• Solid eye for detail and sound analytical skills, with the ability to catch what others miss.
• Solid understanding of compliance requirements and document verification practices.
• Clear communication and coordination skills for working across teams.
• Working proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems and documentation tools. Good to have:

• Experience handling USA, Australia, Canada or investor/business migration cases.
• Hands-on experience verifying financial statements, business records and supporting documents against compliance requirements.
• Prior exposure to training or guiding team members on documentation standards.
