About the Role
Tax is where precision meets impact. We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Tax Operations Associate to join our rapid-growing Gurugram team and help keep our compliance engine running flawlessly. You’ll own critical filings across GST, TDS/TCS and Income Tax, and play a real part in keeping the business audit-ready. What You’ll Do
• File GST, TDS/TCS, and Income Tax returns accurately and well before deadlines
• Prepare tax computations and reconcile data across books, returns, and government portals
• Support internal and statutory audits and compliance reviews
• Draft responses to and resolve tax notices and departmental queries
• Stay current with regulatory changes and turn them into updated SOPs and processes What You Bring
• 6+ months of hands-on experience in tax operations, accounting, or compliance
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS/TCS, and Income Tax filings
• Familiarity with Form 16/16A, TRACES, and tax reconciliations
• Exposure to handling tax notices or supporting audits
• Strong command of Indian tax laws and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis
