ROLE OVERVIEW The Sourcing Manager will own the Channel Partner activation engine for Roswalt Realty’s upcoming commercial project in Goregaon East. The role is responsible for building, activating and sustaining a strong network of commercial brokers and channel partners across the Western Suburbs of Mumbai — Goregaon, Jogeshwari, Malad, Andheri and nearby catchments. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of hands-on commercial real estate sourcing experience in the Western Suburbs, with existing working relationships among commercial property brokers and CPs, and the B2B networking confidence to find, connect with and add new channel partners for Roswalt’s Goregaon East project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
— Activate and manage a strong network of commercial property brokers and channel partners in Goregaon, Jogeshwari, Malad, Andheri and nearby Western Suburbs micro-markets. — Find, connect with and add new channel partners who can bring customers for the upcoming Roswalt commercial project in Goregaon East. — Build strong working relationships with commercial brokers through regular meetings, broker events, JBPs and on-site engagement. — Follow up with channel partners regularly, generate customer leads and help the Sales team close deals. — Bring customers for the commercial office project directly through broker and CP relationships. — Coordinate JBP meetings, CP High Teas, Launch Meets and on-site walk-throughs for CP clients. — Maintain accurate CRM / MIS records on CP interactions, lead flow, meetings and conversions. — Coordinate with CRM, Finance and Legal teams on brokerage payouts, CP registrations and documentation. — Share lead-quality feedback with the Marketing team to refine Western Suburbs outreach. — Represent Roswalt Realty professionally in every CP and broker interaction — the Sourcing Manager is the brand’s face to the broker community in the Western Suburbs.



CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS — Minimum 3–6 years of experience in commercial real estate sourcing, specifically in the Western Suburbs of Mumbai (Goregaon, Jogeshwari, Malad, Andheri). — Must have experience bringing customers for commercial office projects. — Strong existing contacts with commercial property brokers and channel partners in Goregaon, Malad and nearby Western Suburbs. — Able to find, connect with and add new channel partners who can bring customers for the upcoming commercial project in Goregaon East. — Good B2B networking skills and ability to build strong working relationships with commercial brokers and channel partners. — Able to regularly follow up with channel partners, generate customer leads and help the Sales team close deals. — Pleasant personality, good communication skills and ability to meet and build relationships with people. — Working knowledge of commercial real estate terminology — carpet area, chargeable area, floor plates, parking, possession, outgoings, basic buy-vs-lease framing. — Comfort with 60–70% field time across Western Suburbs; own transport preferred. — CRM familiarity (Salesforce, Zoho, LeadSquared, Sell.
