Experience:
Up to 5 years Role overviewWe are looking for an Onsite Project Lead cum Project Manager to manage ELV deployment at a single customer site. The role is focused on coordinating day-to-day site execution, supporting installation and commissioning, maintaining project records, and handling billing-related documentation. Experience with networking and Video Management Systems (VMS) is preferred. Candidates who have worked with demanding clients such as Railways or other large infrastructure organizations will be especially suited.

Key responsibilities
• Coordinate onsite deployment of ELV systems from site readiness and installation through testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage day-to-day activities of site engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors at the assigned site.
• Coordinate with the customer, consultant, and internal project team on progress, access, approvals, dependencies, and issue resolution.
• Support deployment of systems such as CCTV and surveillance, access control, fire alarm, public address, and structured cabling, as applicable to the project.
• Coordinate network readiness and integration requirements, including connectivity, switches, IP addressing, and troubleshooting.
• Support installation, configuration, integration, testing, and commissioning of VMS and surveillance systems.
• Track site progress, manpower, materials, work completion,



and pending activities; prepare and share regular progress updates.
• Maintain site records, including daily progress reports, meeting minutes, attendance, work permits, inspection records, test reports, and issue logs.
• Prepare, compile, and submit project documentation, including checklists, completion reports, as-built inputs, handover documents, and customer sign-offs.
• Support project billing and administrative coordination by collecting and organizing work completion evidence, measurement records, delivery documents, service entry details, and customer approvals required for invoices.
• Follow up with the customer and internal accounts or commercial teams on billing documentation, invoice milestones, and related queries.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and site safety procedures.
• Escalate delays, technical issues, scope changes, and site constraints to the appropriate internal team. Required qualifications and experience
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Up to 5 years of experience in ELV, security systems, networking, or system integration projects.




• Experience coordinating onsite installation, testing, commissioning, or customer handover activities.
• Basic ability to read technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Good written and verbal communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable preparing progress updates and managing project-related records.
• Willingness to work onsite at the assigned location in Ahmedabad. Preferred experience
• Exposure to IP networking for ELV systems, including switches, IP addressing, fiber links, and basic troubleshooting.
• Exposure to VMS, IP cameras, recording platforms, or surveillance system commissioning.
• Experience working with demanding clients or in structured environments such as Railways, metro, airports, government infrastructure, utilities, or large industrial sites.
• Familiarity with project billing support, invoice backup documents, work completion records, and customer approval processes. Skills and attributes
