Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Video Editor & GenAI Specialist with strong social media editing skills, a creative mindset and hands-on expertise in Generative AI tools. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of social media content, modern editing trends and AI-powered video production workflows. They should be capable of independently managing projects from concept to final delivery. 1. Social Media Video Editing
• Minimum 4 years of experience in social media video editing.
• Expertise in editing talking-head videos, trending reels, engaging transitions and storytelling-driven content.
• Strong understanding of caption styles, fonts, subtitles, hooks, pacing, audience retention and platform-specific editing requirements.
• Ability to create engaging content optimised for social media watch time and audience retention. 2. Editing Software
• Hands-on experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of professional editing techniques and post-production workflows. 3. Generative AI & Video Production Workflows
• Solid practical knowledge of Generative AI tools.
• Experience with Veo 3, Omni, Seedance and other AI-powered video-generation tools.




• Ability to create AI-powered videos and develop efficient end-to-end editing workflows.
• Understanding of how to integrate AI tools into everyday video production processes. 4. Claude & AI-Assisted Workflows
• Experience using Claude for editing workflows, scriptwriting, content research and creative ideation.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve production efficiency, streamline workflows and enhance creative output. 5. Videography
• Good hands-on videography skills.
• Understanding of camera angles, lighting, framing, composition and shooting techniques.
• Ability to independently shoot high-quality social media content whenever required. Additional Advantages (Plus Points)
• Previous experience working with a social media marketing agency.
• Experience managing social media accounts for mobile applications or app-based businesses.
• Knowledge of performance marketing, Meta Ads and creative optimisation.
• Understanding of performance-driven video creatives and advertising content. Important Information
