As an Engineer within PWCC, your role will be pivotal in design efficiency, conducting peer reviews for standardization and contributing R&D; efforts for innovation. Key Deliverables The Precast Execution Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing all daily precast facility operations to meet project deadlines. This includes planning production, installation and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards through QC processes, and optimizing material inventory and usage.



The role also involves leading and training the production team while driving continuous improvement and a site-wide safety culture.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Assign tasks, provide technical guidance, and ensure effective workforce.
Conduct training for the staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
• Continuously analyze production workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and optimize costs.
• Introduce automation or current technologies, where applicable, to streamline production.
• Work closely with the design, procurement, and project management teams to align production with project needs.
• Collaborate with logistics teams for the timely dispatch and delivery of precast elements to project sites.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production metrics, labor utilization, quality control, and material consumption.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on production or installation performance and any challenges faced.
